A seasoned executive, Michel has over 25 years of international experience in multicultural environments.
As a specialist in product development, strategic sourcing, and optimization and process management, he helps world-class companies increase their profitability. He develops strategies and builds dynamic teams through change management support and coaching methods. He has experience in the selection and management of suppliers, negotiation, and the management of value and contracts.

  • Michel led the transformation of the purchasing functions of several medium and large companies across Canada, France, and China, from the evaluation to the deployment of the new organization.

  • He develops training programs for private and public organizations in Europe, North America ,and Asia, to achieve the level of technical skills required to implement best sourcing practices.

  • He promoted, in less than a year, the development of a new electric vehicle. He selects and coordinates the suppliers able to design and produce the vehicle components, in a simultaneous engineering environment.
